Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time.

Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
- ½ measures Light rum
- ½ measures Liquore Strega
- 1 tbsp Passion fruit syrup
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ Egg white
