1.
Pour 1.5 measures each of Vodka, White Rum and Gin into a highball glass over two ice cubes.

Add a good splash (approx 1/4 measures) of bitters and swirl with a metal stirring rod.

Add 5 measures of Pink Grapefruit Juice.

Add 1.5 measures of sugar syrup.
5.
Slice a fresh lime into a slice approximately 1.5 cm.
6.
Cut in half, squeezing one half directly into the drink (then drop the squeezed lime half in).
7.
Make a small nick 2/3rds of the way up the second half of lime and use to rim the glass then as a garnish.
8.
Include a metal stirring rod.
- 1 ½ measures Vodka
- 1 ½ measures Light rum
- 1 ½ measures Gin
- 1 splash Angostura bitters
- 5 measures Pink grapefruit juice
- 1 measures Lime juice
- 1 ½ measures Simple syrup
