Pour the vodka and crème de cacao into a shaker with the ice cubes.

Rub a slice of orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass and dip the cocktail glass into the cocoa powder.
3.
Strain the liquid into the Cocktail glass.
4.
Garnish with the orange peel.
