1.
Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in boiling water in an Irish Coffee mug.

Add brandy and bitters and fill the mug with boiling water.
3.
Garnish with a twist of lemon and a cinnamon stick for stirring.
- 2 measures Apple brandy
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 5 - 8 measures Water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Lemon twist
