Pour the whiskey, bitters, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.

Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until the glass is frosted.
3.
Shake the contents of the cocktail shaker, and strain into the collins glass.
4.
Add soda water, add a swizzle stick, and serve.
- 2 measures Blended whiskey
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 ½ measures Lime juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 measures Club Soda
