Add all liquid ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well.

Strain into your glass and garnish with a slice or wedge of a pear.
- 1 ½ measures Old Tom gin
- 1 measures Amaro
- ½ measures Dry vermouth
- 1 tsp Pear brandy
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 slice Pears
