1.
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

Discard the ice and shake until the solution is fully emulsified.
3.
Strain into a glass a garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple.

- 1 measures Grilled pineapple syrup
- ¾ measures fresh Lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Egg white
- 1 grilled slice Pineapple
