1.
Add all liquid ingredients with the egg to a dry shaker and shake hard until full emulsified.

Add ice and shake until chilled.
3.
Strain into glass and garnish with a raspberry speared with a small cake fork.
- 2 measures Bourbon whiskey
- ½ measures Southern Comfort
- ¼ measures rich Muscovado syrup
- ¾ measures Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 5 drops Rosewater
- 1 Egg white
- 1 Raspberry
