1.
Soak one teaspoon or a cube of sugar with bitters in the bottom of a highball glass.

Add a few ice cubes, and pour in the whiskey and water.
3.
Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

- 1 measures Water
- ⅛ measures Bitters
- 1 tsp Sugar
