Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.

Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir.
3.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with champagne.
4.
Garnish with a cherry, and serve.

- ½ measures Triple sec
- ½ measures Vodka
- 1 measures Pineapple juice
- 3 measures Champagne
