Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container.

Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency.

Make sure you use strong rum, or it will freeze solid.
4.
Serve in a piña colada or old fashioned glass.

Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
- 2 measures Lime juice
- 4 measures Passion fruit juice
- 6 measures Light rum
- 8 measures Water
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 pinch, grated Nutmeg
