1.
Pour gin, lemon and lime juice into a double-cocktail glass.

Add the sugar.
3.
Gently crush the mint, and add to the glass.
4.
Fill with crushed ice, and serve with a cherry and fresh mint sprig.

- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Caster sugar
- 2 Mint sprigs
