Peel and slice the half-peach and add with the white rum, maraschino liqueur and Rose's lime juice to a blender.

Add 3-measure of crushed ice.

Blend for 10-20 seconds.
4.
Strain into a champagne saucer, and serve.
- 1 ½ measures Light rum
- ½ peeled Peach
- 3 drops Lime juice
- 3 drops Maraschino liqueur
