Fill glass with ice.

It is very important that spices are added first since they stick to the ice and help in the flavour.

Add a dash of salt and celery salt.

Add pepper, tsp of horseradish -- the thicker the better -- a couple drops of worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

Add one dash of Tabasco sauce and one dash of the Bloody Mary seasoning (they just add a little to the flavouring!).

Fill glass 1/2 with vodka and the rest with vegetable juice -- leaving room for garnishes and rimmer.

Shake, rim glass, add celery stalk, peperoncino, olive, lemon & lime wedge!

If you have a jumbo shrimp it tops it off.
