1.
In a mixing glass, add a cube or two of green tea ice to chill the glass.

Discard the ice and add the liquors and a couple of green ice cubes and stir.
3.
Strain into a chilled glass.
4.
Add a picked mushroom and the drops of mushroom olive oil followed by the soy sauce drops on top of the previous ones.
- 2 measures London dry gin
- ½ measures Sake
- Chill with Green Tea Ice
- 1 Soy Sauce-infused Pickled Mushrooms
- 3 drops Mushroom Flavoured Olive Oil
- 3 drops Soy sauce
