1.
Dissolve powdered sugar in mixture of 2 measure sparkling water and juice of lime in a collins glass.

Fill glass with ice and stir.
3.
Add bitters and rum.
4.
Fill with sparkling water, stir, and serve with a swizzle stick.

- Sparkling water
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 dashes Bitters
