Pour the Pineapple rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.

Add the orange liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine.

Shake well and strain into a champagne glass.

Top with Champagne.

Garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim, and serve.
