1.
Muddle (crush) the chilli, lime wedges, and sugar in a chilled old fashioned glass.

Add Grand Marnier.

Add ice cubes to just over the top of the liquid, stir until sugar dissolves, and serve.

Can substitute 1 measure lime juice and plain sugar for the brown sugar.
