1.
Cut a lime into eight seperate segments and place into an old-fashioned glass.

Add sugar and crush until the juice is released.
3.
Add remaining ingredients, ensure sugar has dissolved, and fill with broken ice.
4.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry.
5.
Add a short straw, and serve.
- ½ measures Dark rum
- ½ measures Light rum
- ½ measures Irish Mist herbal liqueur
- 1 ½ measures Pineapple juice
- ½ Lime
- 1 tsp Sugar
