Blend the cinnamon vodka, white Crème de cacao, Irish cream and ice cream with cracked ice in a blender for about 10 seconds until texture is thick and smooth.

Pour into a large, chilled wine goblet and float raspberry vodka on top.

Add a dollop of whipped cream and serve with a teaspoon.
