Muddle all ingredients except whiskey in a bar glass.

Add whiskey, and shake with ice.
3.
Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach slice, and serve.

- 2 pieces Lemon
- 1 measures Water
- ½ measures Simple Syrup
- 2 measures Canadian whisky
