Thai-Pirinha

1.
Combine lime, lemon, sugar, basil and one cube of crystallised ginger in an Old-Fashioned glass.
2.
Muddle until sugar is mostly dissolved and the basil is completely macerated.
3.
Add ice, Cachaça, ginger liqueur, coconut rum and coconut milk.
4.
Cap glass with small shaker tin and shake until sugar is completely dissolved.
5.
Garnish with skewered ginger, cherry and (opt.) lime.
